- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
- 1 Can Cream Style Corn
- 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 eggs
- 8oz of sour cream
- 1 stick of margarine or unsalted butter melted
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish.
Bake @ 375 degrees for about an hour or until done.
